Sleep Inn & Suites O'Fallon MO - Technology Drive

Nice hotel with everything we needed. Rooms are updated and have lots of outlets to charge electronics, great beds and clean bathrooms. Good breakfast and free coffee and fruit available all day. Very friendly staff too!

I pulled over in their parking lot to book the room through my Choice Hotels app... my disabled daughter was not doing well, and I ended up going to the desk to finish the transaction. Without going into a lot of detail, the evening clerk (9pm? I think her name was Marjorie) went above & beyond to get not just any room, but the last accessible room for us. Once booked, she then told me if we needed anything at all, to just call and she would bring it up. A1 customer service, handling everything with a smile, so I could focus on getting my daughter out of her chair and comfortable. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The Shower was great, and the water was nice & hot. Breakfast was good (eggs could have used some salt. Lol), there were plenty of tables, and the area was kept nice & clean.

We were casual travelers on vacation passing through. Which this hotel is perfect for because it isn’t a place to stay for a long time unless you were on business. The folks are really nice. Especially the guy that checked us in. Very helpful and fun to chat with. The room was OK, the air was pretty musty and there was a stain on one of the beds, but since we’re pretty chill, we just went with it and didn’t complain. But by the looks of some of these reviewers online, some of y’all would raise a stink. The second bed was very clean. The shower was clean and the water pressure was Adequate. The “free” breakfast is what you’d expect for a mid range hotel in the exurbs. The perfect way to describe this hotel is “basic”. Which for passer-bys like us looking for a place to sleep for the night before we head down the road is fine.

Very good experience overall. Breakfast was pleasant and convenient to start the day without any hassle. Good price and excellent service from the staff.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was adequate, room could use a good dusting but it was clean and no bugs! I’m not a picky gal when it comes to hotels. Clean and bug-less and this checked both. Added bonus was the pool, my daughter enjoyed it. It’s not huge by any means but it does the job it needs to do

Immediately upon arrival, Mark was prepared for us and had our rooms ready to go. He offered us directions for shopping and dining in the area and was warm and gracious to us and the two guests that came in immediately behind us. Of particular note, and I don’t say this without understanding its importance, he very much gave the impression that he enjoys his work. Not just efficiency, but that and engagement with his guests. The property was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was not disappointing. We stayed just a single night and were back on our way with a positive impression of Sleep Inn, and this property in particular. Fantastic work, when all we really expected was a place to sleep and shower up in the morning.

Clean rooms and spacious. The desk for work is very nice too. Employees were personable and professional. Location is near the freeway but far enough back so noise isn't an issue. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Best of all it is very affordable!

The hotel was mostly nice. Our room had some issues. It appears hotels put you in less desirable rooms when booking through a third party like Expedia. This has happened several times now. I would stay here again. Sylvia checked us in the first night was very friendly! The world needs more people like her.
